SPR Training offers many courses suitable for work places, organisations, large or small. Participation is open to an individual or groups. In the case of group training; it can be done at a suitable venue arranged by the group.


Who should attend?


Any person who has been designated as a first aider at work. All employers in the UK have a legal obligation to make First Aid provision for their employees.


The course provides the attendee with the knowledge and confidence to deal with any First Aid emergency in the workplace.

  • Using a First Aid kit
  • Simple record keeping

  • Treatment of an unconscious casualty

  • Treatment of a heart attack
  • Control of bleeding
  • Burns and scalds
  • Poisoning
  • Fractures
  • Shock


The course also includes, at no extra cost, training in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
